I want to take a moment to personally WELCOME you as a client of Chassie Bell Design.
Thank you so much for choosing me as your guide through your new brand and/or web design project. I’m so excited to be working together and I’ve put together this quick list of important information so that you’ve got everything you need to make this project a success!
My office hours are Monday – Wednesday 8am – 4pm and Fridays from 8am – Noon. I check my email twice a day and often disconnect from technology so that I can devote my time and attention to the creative process for my clients.
The best way to communicate with me is through email, email@example.com. I do not communicate through text messages or messenger. I do love getting audio messages or video messages if that is a helpful tool for you to communicate.
I understand that things pop up and you need help immediately. Rush projects of 24 hours or less and projects requiring holiday work may be subject to 25% surcharge for rush fees. Please note that my ability to complete Rush Jobs is limited.. As such, I reserve the right to refuse any project or service request.
Referrals are my favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to my business, please let me know and I will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift once the new client is signed on.
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. I take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are kept private and I use the highest level of Internet security. In fact, I would encourage you to safely share any required password via LastPass. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in my contract.
On occasion, it may be necessary for me to utilize a member of my contracting team to provide you the quickest and most accurate service. Under these circumstances, the team member’s work will be thoroughly checked by me to insure excellence of service. All members of my contracting team are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.
Payments + Billing
Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards another service within 6 months of initial payment.
For any additional billing (rush projects, etc…) you will receive an additional invoice (delivered via email). Please note that payment is due upon receipt.
I use an online time tracking tool to accurately record my time spent for each of my clients. The hours I spend specifically for your business are all billable. My time billed to you is purely spent for your business. There is absolutely no down time included.
